A Message from me...

Haus of Ntr was born from my own journey of unraveling and rebuilding. After years of pushing through everything life handed me, my spirit finally screamed, “slow down.” Yoga and wellness became the place where I could breathe again, grieve, heal, and come back to who I truly was beneath the weight of life's responsibility. I created this space for Black women like me, the ones who hold it all together, even when it costs us pieces of ourselves. This is where we unlearn the hustle, relearn ourselves, and remember that rest is a birthright.

Welcome, I am so glad you’re here.
