Our Bali retreat is part of the Rest is the New Flex series, created for Black women and their allies who are ready to soften, slow down and reconnect with themselves in intentional community. Bali is a place where lush jungles, gentle beaches, living culture and sacred rituals meet deep rest. From sunrise through slow evenings, every part of this experience has been thoughtfully curated so you can release stress, quiet your nervous system and feel fully supported throughout your journey. From rest to exploration, reflection to connection, this retreat offers a grounded and beautiful balance of restoration, joy and meaningful experience, all held within the spirit of Bali and the sanctuary of Haus of Ntr. Book Bali now FLIGHT AND ARRIVAL INFORMATION All guests will fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar, Bali Airport code DPS Guests should plan to depart their home airport one to two days before the official start date of the retreat due to international travel time and time zone changes. For our September 2026 retreat, this means departing on or around September 12, 2026 in order to arrive comfortably for the start of the experience. Guests traveling from the United States will typically find the best international flight options departing from JFK or EWR. Group airport transportation in Bali will be arranged based on the flight details you submit through your guest travel form. PAYMENTS Your retreat balance may be paid in full, paid in larger increments than listed, or paid according to the payment schedule provided at checkout. Payments may be made on or before the scheduled installment dates. Final payment is due no later than sixty days prior to the retreat. Monthly payment reminders will be sent to support your planning and preparation. NOT INCLUDED Planning of non group activities Transportation to non group activities Transportation to the airport within the United States Meals not listed as included in your retreat package Tips and gratuities Personal expenses Travel insurance Luggage and airline baggage fees TERMS AND CONDITIONS Haus of Ntr Bali Retreat Payments, refunds and transfers All payments made to Haus of Ntr are non refundable and non transferable under all circumstances, unless a retreat is canceled by Haus of Ntr due to unforeseen events such as government restrictions, natural disasters or global health emergencies. If a guest chooses not to attend a retreat for any reason, all payments previously made remain non refundable and non transferable. Cancellations initiated by Haus of Ntr In the rare event that Haus of Ntr must cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, the retreat will be postponed. Guests will receive a retreat credit equal to the amount paid at the time of cancellation. This credit may be applied to the postponed retreat or another eligible Haus of Ntr retreat and must be used within twelve months from the date of issuance. Credits expire after twelve months and become null and void. No cash refunds will be issued. Facilitator and host availability If a scheduled facilitator or host becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Haus of Ntr reserves the right to appoint a qualified replacement facilitator. A change in facilitator or host does not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund or credit. Airline and third party vendor policies Any credit or reimbursement issued by Haus of Ntr may be affected by the policies of airlines, accommodations, transportation providers or third party vendors. Processing timelines and refund eligibility are subject to vendor policies and may take up to one hundred twenty days. Haus of Ntr is not responsible for delays, currency fluctuations or refund timelines managed by third party providers. Required documentation and entry requirements Haus of Ntr will provide general guidance regarding entry requirements for the destination. It is each guest’s responsibility to review all communications and ensure they obtain and carry all required documentation, including passports, visas and any required authorizations. Haus of Ntr is not responsible for denied entry due to missing, expired or incorrect documentation. Guests traveling on a passport other than a United States passport are responsible for obtaining all required documents for their nationality. If entry is denied for any reason, no refund or credit will be issued. Travel insurance Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Haus of Ntr does not provide or sell travel insurance. No refunds or credits will be issued for delays, illness, injury, missed flights, personal emergencies or changes in guest availability. Flight packages Haus of Ntr retreats do not include international airfare unless explicitly stated at the time of booking. Guests are responsible for securing their own international and domestic flights unless otherwise noted in their selected package. Itinerary and program adjustments All retreat schedules, facilitators and experiences are subject to change based on logistics, safety considerations, weather conditions and vendor availability. Haus of Ntr reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to ensure the quality and safety of the experience. Acceptance of terms By submitting a deposit, installment or any payment toward a Haus of Ntr retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Your payment confirms your participation and serves as a legally binding acceptance of this agreement.
